Allah (SWT) has promised many blessings for those who help the poor and give in His cause. Allah says in the Quran : “The believers must (eventually) win the Allah’s approval who humble themselves in their prayer; who avoid vain talk ; who are active in deeds of charity.”

Islamic Aid Bangladesh collects zakat from individuals, groups and organizations with a view to creating income generating opportunities for the disadvantaged community. We undertake activities such as; rickshaw / van distribution, fisheries, women empowerment assistance, poultry, livestock farming, small trade support assistance, tree plantation, horticulture etc.
